Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility This program is designed for adults (18+) who experience pervasive emotional dysregulation, recurrent relationship difficulties, self-destructive behaviors, or chronic feelings of emptiness. It is especially suited for individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex PTSD, or related emotional regulation challenges. 2. Nature of the Program The Comprehensive DBT Program provides a structured, evidence-based therapeutic framework developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. It combines skills training, individual therapy, and between-session coaching to support clients in building a life worth living. The program includes: One weekly 90-minute online DBT Skills Training group session One weekly 50-minute individual therapy session with a DBT-trained clinician Between-session phone or text consultation for in-the-moment coaching and crisis support The full cycle of the program runs for 32 weeks, covering all four DBT skills modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. 3. Attendance and Participation Consistent participation is essential for therapeutic progress. Participants who miss four consecutive sessions (group or individual) will be considered withdrawn from the program and may need to re-enroll in a future round. Homework and diary card practice between sessions are expected to strengthen the application of DBT skills in daily life. Participants are encouraged to communicate proactively about challenges with attendance, motivation, or safety concerns. 4. Payment and Refund Policy Full payment or enrollment in an approved payment plan is required before beginning the program. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date, minus a 10% administrative fee. Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued, as therapeutic materials and group access are provided immediately. Participants on payment plans remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of withdrawal. 5. Confidentiality and Group Safety All sessions are confidential. Participants agree to respect the privacy and safety of others by not sharing any identifying or personal information discussed in sessions. Facilitators are committed to maintaining a supportive, validating, and nonjudgmental environment consistent with DBT’s ethical and professional standards.
